Hawai‘i Pavilion Set to Shine at the 2026 Winter FancyFaire

The Hawai‘i Pavilion will make its much-anticipated debut at the upcoming 2026 Winter FancyFaire, showcasing the rich and diverse culinary culture of Hawai‘i. This exciting event is scheduled for January 11-13, 2026, at the San Diego Convention Center in California.

Celebrating Local Entrepreneurs

The Hawai‘i Pavilion will spotlight nine innovative entrepreneurs from the state, all participating in the Hawai‘i Made program. These businesses will showcase a variety of locally crafted food and beverage products, offering attendees a taste of the islands’ unique flavors.

Director James Kunane Tokioka from the Hawai‘i Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism expressed enthusiasm for this opportunity, noting, “The Winter FancyFaire is an incredible opportunity to showcase Hawai‘i’s vibrant food culture and entrepreneurial spirit on a global stage.”

Incubator Village: Empowering Emerging Brands

In addition to the Hawai‘i Pavilion, the Hawai‘i Department of Business, Economic Development and Tourism is sponsoring ten emerging entrepreneurs at the Incubator Village. This area is specifically designed for new brands to showcase their products and connect with industry professionals.
