Bringing over a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, Strawn has a proven track record in commercial leadership and client relations. His most recent role was as Director of Leisure Sales at Montage Healdsburg, where he successfully launched the Harvest Home Residences and consistently surpassed revenue targets through strategic partnerships and innovative sales initiatives.
Prior to that, Strawn spent eight years at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he held various leadership positions across operations and sales. Notably, he received the Manager of the Year award in 2018 for his exemplary leadership during the resort’s significant $400 million renovation and transition from Starwood to Marriott. Strawn began his career at Island Hotel Newport Beach, helping to establish the hotel’s in-house reservations and front-of-house teams.
Significant Developments in Hospitality
The hospitality industry continues to evolve, with new partnerships such as between the Accessible Hospitality Alliance and Corinthia Hotels. This collaboration aims to create a Mediterranean Accessible Hospitality Hub, enhancing accommodation options for all guests and setting a benchmark for inclusivity in the sector.
