The Hopland facility marks a significant milestone for the Solos platform, Prodalim’s patented aroma recovery and beverage enhancement system. Situated in a region responsible for over 80% of U.S. wine production—approximately 2.5 billion liters annually—this new site is poised to become a hub for collaboration with leading beverage producers.
Expansion of the Solos Platform
This California operation follows the recent launch of the Solos Iberia facility, along with joint ventures in Germany and Switzerland, further solidifying the global presence of Solos. The new facility has an impressive initial processing capacity of around 15 million liters per year, with plans for near-term expansion to meet increasing demand.
Prodalim now operates four sites in the United States, including its headquarters in Winter Garden, Florida, a Specialty Ingredients & Solutions R&D center, and juice terminals located in Port Elizabeth, New Jersey, and South Gate, California.
Innovative Technology and Collaborations
The Solos platform utilizes proprietary technologies to recover and recreate natural aroma compounds from fermented beverages.
